Why is my Windows Media Player not working?

I collectively my BlackBerry Storm Mobile Windows Media Player and its not working. It will not be picked up my BlackBerry Storm can I place music on it. I can not get the BB desktop software, because my aunt gave me her phone number and four off the chang ‘, of course . Any help?
