What kind of degree/classes do I need to be an “IT” guy? See details.?
The type of work I like is when I walk around and help others with their computers and to teach new software, etc. to use aid office-type stuff. I start lessons at a community college, and the only CIS courses Computer Programming, Microcomputer Applications, and Web development and handing out. How much should I pursue?

In fact all of the ones you’ve mentioned has no direct friend with the type of work you are looking for.
You should look for something like IT Support, this can be offered in Universities under the Computer Science curriculum or you can obtain the skills by having diplomas from Microsoft and some other companies like A+ certificate, MCSE..etc
Excellent luck
MSCDST is a excellent start
I got a networking technology degree at my community college and I am now the network admin for the school distict in my community. As and advice, it doesnt really matter which one you take, its all on the attitude that you have on helping others and the experience that you earn. I suggest that you enroll on the internship curriculum with your college, they will suggest and help you apply at places where you will earn experience and maybe help you get a full time job. I ongoing as an intern in 2005 at our school district, and three years later I became network admin, and this is in fact my dream job. sometime even if you take all three degrees you still lack experience and thats is more vital than any certificate. Look into the internship curriculum and always keep a excellent attitude, that the most vital thing.
excellent luck to you.
