Some (in fact, many) forms of Spyware/Adware and probably all modern viruses have a way of hiding from the windows task manager.
Try AdAware, best I’ve used. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/adaware.htm…
AdAware can take out Spyware/Adware but not viruses, but it sounds like you already have the virus scanner covered.
Spyware/Adware can be nasty. They pretty much ruined my last computer.

Well, what ever is running, its running in stealth and you will not find it in Task Manager. You need to install a pop-up blocker and a excellent Antivirus with strong firewall. While surfing the net, do not allow suspicious programs to connect to the net. This is possible if you have a firewall active.

first, what kind of winodw pops up, it is not vital it would be
a Virus, spy-ware or malware, it could be a registry, system, terrible file error, please specify what do you see in the popup window, If it was a virus, then you probably need to update your
anti virus curriculum, the Anti virus curriculum would tell you the virus source location. If this didn’t help, use registry fixing tool
I don’t know if the pop-up windows must be shown in task manager or not, if so, it doesn’t mean it is a virus.hope I answered the inquiry

ur computer need a plot and reinstall windows again
for best performence use adaware spyware cleaner and a excellent antivirus with updated with installing windows first install antivrus and spyware doctor or adaware to stop this
ur computer is infected with many spyware which cannot remove from cleaning it need plot
to take ur computer to service center or just do in home if u know windows installing and formatting c drive.
