Is there computer software to help monitor room conditions i.e. maintenance & cleanliness?
I work in a company, facilities for meetings and events. cleaned before each event, if we open a space we supposed to fill out a room condition and check on this list everything thats in excellent condition, must be, or being repaired. All these forms and then go on a tray on the table, coming up to be sorted piles. Is there any kind of computer curriculum or software, that anyone who could help get to ride all the papers know?

The simplest key would be to set up a spreadsheet. For a better key use a database curriculum but it’s more complicated to set up. If you have Office, use Excel or Access. Otherwise, Open Office or Star Office are free and have database and spreadsheet components.
