It’s web-based so you can make e-mail tickets and can be accessed remotely; it has a knowledge center so you can make FAQs and articles for customers to read and has an chance manager for sales persons to use and different ways to make tickets. It’s also affordable when compared to other help desk software.

Price is excellent and is simple to use. It has dashboards, incident tracking, asset discovery, sw mgmt and hardware details captured as well. Email monitoring is easily customised and any email received will be cut into a ticket directly.
