    it was quite simple for me to install it but the more simpler it was to install the more advanced and useful features it provided me

    Two questions for you about this software:

    1) Do customer answers get emailed to the admin? I mean the actual answer and not just a notification to say they’ve answered?
    2) Can admin answer to tickets by simply replying to the email notification? (or do you need to log in and answer to the ticket directly)

    I like HESK! I’ve been by it for several years and it’s unbeatable. My members like it too. You won’t find a better help desk script anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!
