I downloaded the free version, there is a way to activate the automatic answer email? And with the SysAid, you can have more of an “employee” or “admin” person themselves?

Designed only for help desk purpose. If you wanna have supply feature you have to pay seperately. Very nice design and persistent sale department. Before buying you have to address your needs carefully otherwise you’ll have pay extra fees for per modules.
