Can someone help me find inventory software. I work in a small office and just need to track equipment?
I do not need bar codes or Ting Sun Honest Office supply, ie, desks, telephones, computers, etc. I just want a simple way to footstep and print reports. For example, like many Dell computers, laptops, how, how many cameras, etc. I’m also assign numbers of assets. PLEASE HELP!

I use Microsoft Access but if you don’t have it, simply make an Excel spreadsheet.
List supply equipment by user name, type (CPU, printer, monitor, phone, etc.), date inventoried, location, brand name, model number, run number, device name, and IP if applicable. That should meet your needs.
I use much more information than that such as including MAC address, HDD size, RAM, etc. but then I’m in IT and need the pertinent information.
You can take a look at inFlow Supply. It is a basic supply system that has all the esstenials.
They have a Free version that is free forever, but limits to 100 products and customers. The software itself is very simple to use and quick to install.
