Automatic desktop application updates
We are working on a new component for Kayako desktop applications (InstaAlert, SyncWorks and the operators’ application) which will automatically check for new application versions and optionally download and install them for you.
We know that opinions about automatic updaters vary, as do establishment network security and rules. So, we are asking customers to contribute their view and thoughts about the matter in this forum thread: http://forums.kayako.com/f56/automatic-pc-software-updater-read-me-25233/
